If it all seems a little rote, that's because the system works, and it works well. There's a few cool additions though. Facial recognition software lets you create a personal connection with your clients right out of the gate, and the automation tools let you create a marketing pipeline in one sitting and essentially let the complex triggers create sophisticated workflows of marketing outreach. But CRM is only one part of the picture. The interface used for the CRM tool is all tied together in what's essentially a comprehensive communications and productivity suite for your entire office. These include a fully functioning internal social media network exclusive to your company, tools for project and task management, and email and document sharing services. There's even a fully featured human resources management platform. Discussing all the services Bitrix24 offers (We haven't even touched on the fully featured human resource department tools) could take hours.
