Postbox
Postbox is an email client that combines all of your email accounts into one program for use on your Mac or PC desktop. The software gives you access to both IMAP and POP email accounts, along with your RSS feeds. Once all of your emails are in one place you can organize your mail into different folders, sort emails by contact, and create tags for certain projects or events. The filtering and search tool within the software allow you to find important emails quickly, with customizable searches and the ability to search within emails for images or files. The software costs a small fee to use, but you can start with a 30 day free trial to check it out before purchasing. Review: Postbox is an easy to use email client with a modern design and similar features to the now defunct Mozilla Thunderbird and the Gmail client. The search is quick and easy to use, with the ability to search for keywords or other filters within the entire email client or within specific folders. You can also easily find emails related to other received or composed emails, making it easy to keep emails organized. In order to create this strong search feature, Postbox can take quite a bit of time to index all of your email when you first start using it. Composing emails is made easier with the ability to create pre-canned messages and use multiple signatures. Besides allowing you to attach files to emails in the traditional way, Postbox also gives you the option to include links to Dropbox and OneDrive files in your emails. Postbox has borrowed a few features from Google's email client, including the Archive feature. All mail can be moved from your inbox to the Archive section, where you can search for any past emails you need. To ensure you do not lose important emails, you can also tag and label emails to find them later. Although there is a to-do feature for marking emails as tasks that need to be completed, it does not help you move beyond the to-do phase due to the lack of a calendar client, and marking something as done is not very intuitive.

Postbox just stopped working for me. Version 2 was fantastic. 3 was really good. 4 eh 5 OK but became confused and I have abandoned it for better horizons. It wouldn't get mail, it wouldn't send mail. made me input a password over and over and over again. I found myself going to the browser for different mail accounts I have to get and send mail. Postbox couldn't get the credentials to log in, would hang and hang and say the password was incorrect. This happened a few times over the last years that I had been using it. I would sync my mail and try different solutions and waste a pile of time with each problem to fix. I've been a postbox user for a very long time. I started back before version 3. I LOVED it. It was easy to use nicely organized and beat Apple Mail hands down. But this last headache was too much. The passwords were correct because I could sign in through the browser at all the webmail spots. gmail, a handful of POP accounts, and even poor old aol. But over the years it got quirkier and quirkier. I finally got totally fed up with it and have moved to AirMail. I was up and running with all my accounts without any hiccups in less than 20 minutes. Bye bye postbox I was one of your first purchasers and I bought a lifetime license silly me! What happened to you guys?
This is a horrible email application to use for a professional, especially the nasty attitude and behavior that I have received from them. They are like NAZI Germans. All I asked a little support and ask them is it just a copy of Thunderbird. They send me a nasty email and they refunded my money without even asking me. It was only a $30 bucks. I thought just buy it and try it to see how it goes. If it would work then I could have bought for y whole company whereas I needed about 500 licenses. I guess they are not looking for any customers. They used profanity and cursed me out by saying I am a nasty Jew and I do not deserve their product! This email is nothing but a downgraded version of Thunderbird. They have just used some graphics to look different. Actually, Thunderbird works a lot better than this bogus application call Postbox. There are many other email clients. I have using em client for many users. em- Client is not perfect either and they have a lot of bugs and issues. However, at least I have always treated as a human being. I was really sad after their nasty behavior. I was almost crying! Why a company should treat their customers like that. I was just asking those questions myself. It is obvious that they are not looking for any customers. I urged everyone to boycott these guys. Especially all the Jew and Jewish people not to buy their products. Together all consumers can drive these people out of business completely and we do not need another Nazi to help us with the IT products. These are real SCAM artists and running a fraudulent business. These people are really very, very bad people! DO NOT GIVE YOR MONEY TO THESE BAD PEOPLE!
