After trying a few different analytics tools for our app, I can honestly say Appsee's heatmaps and session replay have worked best for us. Alongside the heatmaps, the tool provides a nice breakdown of all gestures made on a particular screen (taps, swipes etc) and automatically identifies when an action has been unresponsive. They give insights for problematic screens as well as a focus on forms and popups.I personally really like the'killed by user' and 'app not responding' filters, I haven't seen these things too often.

We came to Appsee following a recommendation from a colleague who had used them in the past. I have to say, a lot of our app growth in recent months can be attributed to working with the tool. We've benefited most from the crash video reporting/recordings and UI insight views in the dashboard. I realize now that we used to waste a lot of time trying to guess our way through stuff, Appsee's tool (and a really good point of contact) has helped us to sharpen our strategy and focus.
