Although this is an app that takes some time to get adjusted to, it's an app that is beneficial for larger groups of people so that they can stay in touch with each other. You can browse the projects that are in place and preview the ones that are almost to completion. There are prototypes and boards that you can look at to get a better idea of what still needs to be completed with the project and the aspects that are already complete. Once you have viewed this information, it can be sent to other people who are working on the project as well. There is an option to create conversations with one or multiple people. This is one of the best features of the app because you don't have to go to another location or another part of the building to talk to someone about a project. You can add a few people to the conversation, but once you have more than five people involved, the app does tend to slow down. You can see when someone is available to chat and when someone is busy doing other tasks because there is an option to set an away status message for everyone to see. View any comments that are left by team members. Respond to the comments that are left so that you can quickly resolve any issues that are present and answer any questions that others might have. If there is a review in process, you can easily add your input and get the final design in place so that the job can be completed as quickly as possible. A benefit is that you can sit in on a meeting even if you're not in the same city or state, which allows you to take part in the design process while offering your input as to what you want to see completed.
