There are several things that employees can do with the app. Personal information can be edited without visiting the HR department. Employees have access to the company directory, allowing them to easily find someone who works in the main office instead of trying to reach a certain person by going through multiple channels. The app allows the employee to clock in and out from any location. Links from the company can be accessed so that the employee knows about any future events and any future changes that need to be made in the business. Employees can examine schedules, requesting changes if they are needed. Timesheets can also be reviewed. This is an important feature as employees are able to monitor the number of hours that they work, matching them with the hours that are listed in the payroll department.
