Whatsapp has been a really cool application and highly used and reliable. Given it is free, I could not find a better alternative especially with such large user base. I have started to connect to the different groups which are great but there were a couple of instances where some hackers took over the group and became admins and kicked everyone out and put shameful remarks. This shows me that security sometimes for the public groups were questionable and there was no place to "complain and report" thus, it is 4 stars.
