  • The "view surrounding events" option is one of my favorites in the troubleshooting features. You can easily use this to examine all the events around any particular problem areas and investigate what caused the error and also easily fix it.

  • The web interface can take some time to load if there is high traffic
  • Limitations with saved searches
  • If you exceed your data volume some data could be dropped, so just be wary of your limit
