Cram
Cram is an app for Android, Windows and Apple devices that allows you to search for flashcards in a range of topics to study for an upcoming test or to learn new information. You can also create your own flashcards on the website and synchronize these with the mobile app. Once you have your own set of flashcards, you can choose to share them with fellow students, or just use them for your own use to study. Review: By allowing you to connect to the website on either your PC or Mac, the Cram app provides a large stockpile of user created flashcards so you can get started with your studying right away. If the app does not have the cards you need, you can easily create your own flashcards for the subject you need. The app makes it easy to sign up, and once you are registered, the app is easy to navigate. Compared to other flashcard apps, Cram is the most visually appealing. It also gives you the ability to add photos to your flashcards, something other apps do not have the capability for.
- Quick sign-up: You can sign up for a new account on the app, or connect using your Facebook, Google+ or Twitter account.
- User friendly interface: Once registered, you can easily search the current collection of flashcards, see recently studied flashcards, create your own flashcards, or sort your favorite flashcards.
- Easy to create flashcards: To create a set of flashcards, you click on the add button and fill in the title, subject and a short description of the card set.
- You can choose to make the card set public to share with others, or keep it private for your own personal use.
- Once the set is created, you can make your individual flashcards.
- Each flashcard has a front and back, along with a section for hints where you can add a picture or description.
- Two study modes for using the flashcards: In the memorize mode, you study each flashcard in the set one at a time until the set is complete.
- The app then provides you with a performance report.
- You have immediate access to millions of flashcards on the Cram.com database
- Free for all users
- Does not take up much memory on your mobile device
- Easy to navigate with intuitive controls
- Works both online and offline for easy on the go studying
- Need to verify that information on user-generated cards is correct before using
- Can print cards out from the website, but not from the mobile app
- There are currently no folders on the app to organize your flashcards
- Does not automatically remove duplicates from flashcard sets

Do not make me sign up for a free account and redirect me to a payment page. Misleading advertising.
One star is being generous. Such a misleading website. “Free” to sign up. Leads you to a payment page. States $9.95 a month ($119.40) annually. I really needed to see 1 essay on their website so i figured I’d pay, then cancel the following month. No. They charge you the whole annual fee up front (which was VERY FAR FROM CLEAR) when paying. I am a struggling college student, I do not have the funds for that at this time. I emailed the support team to be refunded and cancel my account. They gladly cancelled my account, BUT there will be no refunds. Absolutely ridiculous. If you need to make flash cards, go to Quizlet.
