If you run into problems with the program, or are unable to find files that you've tried to send between two devices, you'll need to sort things out yourself. Without any kind of accountability, it's hard to recommend basefolder to small businesses. After all, there are plenty of other alternatives out there that can likely serve a similar purpose more consistently. When an app doesn't even have a site that can be easily and reliably accessed, that's not a good sign.
