Regardless of the size or scope of your company's project, DreamTeam provides you with a full suite of tools designed to streamline the process. Its complementary set of functions allow complex projects spread among a wide number of teams to stay on track, and cloud compatibility makes the process of charting progress across different departments and even different offices a breeze. DreamTeam currently supports Cisco Connect, Intuit Partner Platform, force, Windows Azure, and Amazon Web Services. DreamTeam seems to recognize that collaborative projects can often get messy. Having too many cooks in the kitchen can create complications, and different departments may often seem at cross-purposes. DreamTeam smartly pares down functions to the most critical components and puts together everything you need to effectively communicate with your team in one slick package. Five components make up the overall structure of the DreamTeam suite. The best way to start your project is with a project plan, and these manifest in DreamTeam as simple and easy manipulable charts in the Project Manager. Various milestones can be established on the left panel, and the progress of these milestones will manifest on a clearly displayed calendar to the right. Various teams can be assigned the option to check off the milestones as they go, making sure these checkpoints are fully cleared. The calendar will automatically adjust to match these barometers, providing you with a clearly delineated understanding of how the project is proceeding from each level of management. The Project Manager is fully compatible with Microsoft Project. From this UI, you can directly manage the resources available to your teams based on their performance. The Project Manager is complemented by the Document Manager, which lets you easily share the information you need with your teams and employees. Administrative controls allow you to determine who sees what and set up hierarchies so that your employees can more easily reach the information they need when they need it. These files can be easily synchronized with both desktop and cloud folders. The Project Calendar provides a more robust top-down view of your project than the calendar you find in the Project Manager. This is designed with the individual contributors in mind. Individuals can see what work they need to accomplish and mark objectives as completed directly through the calendar. It will automatically be adjusted in the Project Manager timeline. They can also log their time sheets and expenses through the calendar. Both time sheets and expenses are manifested in the Timesheet Editor. This lets you track your spending and interfaces directly with the Project Calendar. If you're using multiple programs or you'd rather not rely on the Project Calendar to track the actions of your employees, you can create your own reports or import them directly from Excel. The final component of the software is the Project Reporter, which lets you pull from a range of metrics and create reports to match. A number of granular functions are available, and you can easily compare the projected path of your project to how it's functioning in action.
