There are some features that you can't use with the free service, but you can usually start a basic chat message or let someone know that you're interested in talking to them. There is a SmartPick given each day based on the information that you present in your profile and what you're looking for based on the details that you note in your preferences. Videos can be uploaded so that you know the person is actually the same one who is in the picture that is displayed on the profile image. There is an option to search for people who live in a certain zip code or who live a certain distance away from your location.
