Notezilla

Despite the large amount of free sticky notes applications available, Notezilla has a ton of extra features and tools that make it worth the price tag. One of the more unique features is the ability to pin a note to a specific web page or window, which means you only see the note when this window or page is open. These features give you the option to sort notes into different boards, and allow you to filter and search for specific notes by tags or labels. You can also add due dates to certain notes and receive alerts when a due date is getting close. Despite the high price, Notezilla provides a ton of unique features to help you organize a large amount of information, and with a 30 day free trial you can see if the software program fits with your needs.

Good tool indeed for sticking notes in folders. What's lacking however is an online backup which can be synced to all devices - PC, phone, tablet. If you reinstall Windows for whatever reason, you will not be able to sync your notes to your phone without losing your notes in your computer. Only online backup can solve this problem.

This the best note system I have used. Will not use another. Both wife and I also use notezilla on her iPhone will I use on my android phone. I have tried others.....but this still is the BEST!!

I love to-do-lists and use Todoist and Evernote zealously. These have reminder functions of course as do many other apps. If only I would look at these lists and these reminders... For me, what works best is sticky notes on my screen. What makes Notezilla so useful, is that if I make a note on my phone it will pop up neatly on my desktop screen when I am next in the office. And it will stay there until I actually do what it says. A thought pops up in my head whilst at home doing the dishes (ahem)? Hey, a quick note in Notezilla and the next day it's there for me, no forgetting or ignoring possible.
