Connectify Hotspot
Connectify Me hotspot is a PC app that turns your computer into a Wi-Fi hotspot. It acts as a wireless router between the internet connection you are using and enables it to be shared with multiple devices such as your tablet, smartphones and other computers. To download Connectify Me, check the version of your operating system then choose the version you want to download from the company’s website. The software is available in Lite, Pro, and MAX versions. However, whereas the Lite version is free, you incur charges for purchasing the MAX and Pro versions. Once you have downloaded Connectify Me, run the software, select your network connection then set up a password and click start hotspot.

- Share any connection
- Connectify Me Lite version enables you to share any Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections except 3G and 4G networks.
- However, the upgraded PRO and Max version allows you to share both 3G and 4G networks.
- Secure password
- Connectify Me Lite automatically generates a password for your Wi-Fi connection but has a limitation of changing it.
- To change your password, you will need either the MAX or PRO version.
- Data monitoring
- Connectify Me records the amount of data used by each of the connected devices.

- The latest version is available in ten international languages including English, German, Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, Portuguese, Romanian and Chinese.
Cons of Connectify Hotspot
- Pro version is expensive.
- It is not compatible with operating systems such as Mac.
