Instead doing what they said to keep costs low by providing only email,they should work emails like other places, nope, you still get promotional emails of things they are doing to draw in more podcastsers to get paid and you are ignored for a long time. Why there is no technical help when things happen in way that podcasters feel they aren't of higher concern, only selling the next aspect of their platform? How can a company ignore their bread-and-butter paying podcasters call for assistance? There are now so many platforms podcasters can do, heck, it can be done free on Youtube! They need to think about that.
