Used to be a great piece of software which made managing dozens of WP sites a breeze. In recent months (currently March 2019) it has become flaky and customer support knows the issues but are unable to offer any advice or help. 1. The plug in which connects is out of date, but ManageWP can't update it and doesn't show it as installed in any of the sites. Consequently one has to log in to every site and update it manually. This has happened for the last 5 incremental updates. 2. It logs required updates and posts to be optimised, but can then not apply the updates or optimise the posts, but pauses at about 10% done and logs me out! Customer service cannot handle the problems, acknowledging them but unable to advise or help. Their general advice is "stick with it, it's fine" even though it's not doing the job.
