Pics.io also lets the user search for whatever they are looking for to decrease the amount of time looking for files and increase efficiency. Pics.io gives the user the ability to add other people to the project to get help and collaboration and once they are not needed anymore the user can easily remove them. This team can contribute with their own comments and marks and the user would receive notifications of everything. Using the Pic.io software is easy to use with its cloud-based interface and easy set up. There's no downloading or crazy software and everything is done through the browser, so it works for everyone working with you on your project. Since it is a cloud-based program, that also means that storage will never be an issue. Pics.io runs with Google Docs so there's unlimited storage for your projects and never have to wonder of a file is too big to fit or if you are going to run out of space. The only downside to Pics.io is that it is really expensive compared to its competitors at $100 a month.
