If I could rate 0 stars I would. bought a one year subscription to put back music from my ipod to my iTunes. As soon as I received the subscription key, I started to load my music back to iTunes, after 20 minutes it finished. I then went through my iTunes music and only about 20% was correctly transferred, the rest were all jumbled up and no music was transferred to a lot of playlists. This program is useless and unusable. I reported the problem within 1 hour of receiving my subscription key, I got the run around, they wanted me to send logs file etc. which I did, after numerous emails, I tried to claim through paypal, after waiting for a couple of weeks, I got refused. so I paid $65.00 Australian dollars for nothing. sometimes I wonder who paypal protects. highly NOT recommended program.
