It is a surprise it gets 5 stars, so many vital things are not OK with this system: It messes up the contacts, it shapes many versions of the same contact - so you can't trust the data, the system keeps. Duplets is a huge problem, they made something but its not the best idea, and you need to pay more to get it to work. For me I simply need to trust the system, and i can't d that. The second problem it can only import some old email and not -2 back, so this history is not there from the start if you migrate from another system, only some weeks back. The only reason they get one star is the kind support people, but again they don't fix the issues but are kind.
