You can also upload photos to the website from your computer or phone. Uploading is fast and doesn't require a lot of processing time like you will find on other programs. There are about 80 different effects and filters on Webcam Toy that you can choose from. These include the standard animal faces and avatars that you will find on the popular Snapchat platform, but there are also old-school photo effects as well. You can posterize, blur, or adjust the tone of your photo. This website doesn't come close to the effects you can accomplish in Photoshop, of course, but for a free photo editor it isn't bad. The website was obviously designed for social media integration. You don't have to save and download the photos that you create before sharing them with your friends. All you need to do is just click the icon of your favorite social media network and share away. On the downside, the effects and filters are limited. The small selection can get old after a few sessions. Additionally, 80 effects is a tad misleading when you consider that either sex will find about half of those useful.
