You can search for specific items or browse through categories until you see something that you like. A benefit of this app is that you sometimes don't need money to make purchases. You can list items for sale, and when you list or buy from someone, you earn credits. These are similar to points in a game. They can be used to purchase items from someone else. There is also an option listed to pay cash for the items that you want. Almost anything can be sold on Listia. You can't sell foods or beverages, but most other things are fair game. When you set up your account, you can begin shopping right away. You can also list any items that you want to get money for, such as books or clothing. When you list items, you can offer a description as well as pictures. Shipping information is also listed for each item that you sell or buy. When the payment is received, then you can ship the item. The same goes for the person you're buying from in that once you make the payment with cash or credits, then the item is shipped. Some people allow you to trade items with them if there's something that you want and don't have enough credits for or don't have enough money to get.
