GrubHub Reviews

GrubHub is perhaps the best takeout and delivery app on the market in the United States, and a lot of that has to do with the wide range of restaurants that can be accessed with the platform. You can get exactly the food you want through the intuitive and convenient online system for ordering through the app. When you use GrubHub, you won't have to worry about saving any paper takeout menus ever again. If you are in an area where you don't usually frequent, you can use the GrubHub app to find all the best restaurants near you. GrubHub is an excellent way to find new restaurants that you might enjoy in any area. Those who want to use GrubHub on a regular basis in their local area can reorder their favorite meals in a snap thanks to the Express Reorder option. When you press the 'Express Reorder' button, you'll be shown all the meals you have ordered recently, and you can select one to be reordered in the same style. GrubHub keeps you informed about your order with updates that are pushed to your device in real time. If you are usually too busy to order lunch, you can preorder meals up to four days before you want them. This will help you ensure that you never miss lunch because of a busy schedule. With the Easy Search function, you can find the best restaurants for the exact food that you want. For instance, if you are in the mood for some tacos, you can simply search for that word and find all the local places that sell tacos. From there, you can easily place an order. The software includes a payment module so you can use PayPal, a credit or debit card, or mobile payment systems. GrubHub wants to make it as easy as possible to pay for your order. You'll also be able to view reviews that others have left for various eateries before you place any orders, so you won't be surprised by the quality of any restaurant. You can also use the app to give and receive GrubHub eGift cards that can be used as payment for your meals. There are more than 1,100 cities that are supported by the GrubHub platform, and there are more cities and restaurants added to the platform every day. Some of the most prominent cities in which GrubHub is present include New York City, San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, Boston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Austin, Dallas, Denver, Las Vegas, San Diego, Miami, Bridgeport, Hartford, Columbus, Seattle, San Jose, and Phoenix.

When it works it is good. However, for the second time, my order was short one full entree. Grubhub’s solution is to refund only the cost of the entree which will not appear in my account for 5 days. To reorder so that we can both eat, I have to pay the delivery fee again, plus full tax, and tip for the driver. So the $17 entree became $28.
